ronnie's now tied with Frank Zane and Chris Dickerson for losses AFTER becoming Mr. O (3 losses. but he has 4 if you count last year's retarded Challenge Round). only Samir Bannout has more, which is a lot cuz he competed heavily after his loss for a number of years.

Eddie Abbew was by far the hardest guy at the show. He looks shredded even under that poor lighting. All he needs is more size now and some better posing....

Top 6 for Abbew is a good placing. All the other competitors infront of him where "Olympians".

The first 5 places at the Austrian GP where stictly in the order like "the olympians" placed in Las Vegas.

For me (as a german) it`s good to see that whe have 3 guys (ok Dennis half American/half german, but live in Heidelberg/Germany)in the austrian Final + Markus gets his qualification for the next Mr. O.
Maybe Dennis or Ronny Rockel is able to do so at the dutch GP in Amsterdam ? If not, i believe they will get there qualification somewhere else in the next 12 Months (maybe Ronny at the australian GP).

Another answer at this GP was the placing of Fedorov. It looks like if he can`t get back in his alltime best condition that he had as an amteur. At his win at the IFBB european-champ. he looked incredible (MR. Olympia Top 6 material).

At the Olympia I thought Jay was bigger and wider, but I thought overall Ronnie looked better and more complete. This time around at the Grand Prix Jay walked away with this one hands down. I'm still a Ronnie fan, but I give credit where credit is due. Excellent job Jay!

Father time got Ronnie. That's about it! What else is there? He still looked better than Jay in one of the Euro shows...but the rule is clear that MrO isnt losing s##t early in his reign. It's not impossible that he could make a run in 2007...but the judges will give it to Jay no matter what. Isnt that the O rule? Havent gone anywhere. In fact look forward to seeing Ronnie and Alti at the Bayou Classic, Southern vs Grambling. He hasnt had time for that in yrs. The best, most muscled MrO ever! Like many I'll miss classics such as yeah buddy, light weight, nothin but a peanut and so on. So....where have we gone? Jay will get the dollars he has always wanted. ...Ronnie's gonna have to wait another year to give it his all. That inbalance in his back is really hurting him, but his legs are as big as ever.

After Jay taking the Gran Prix, he'll have to do everything right for next year. However, he's been doing that all along, so it shouldn't be new to him.

Ronnie still has what it takes, but if he comes in anything less than stellar next Mr O, then that's it. However, a part of me did want to see Haney's record actually broken...and perhaps a new one by Ronnie taking 10.

It sure makes me wonder about how many, myself included, believed the unstoppable Ronnie hype...like it could go on forever!...it obviously has not, nor will it....next year's Mr O will be the final show for Ronnie if he loses. If he wins, I'm sure he'll take another shot to make TEN...should be interesting.
