As far as Flex looking better at 187?  I think he looks better at a heavier bodyweight.  With the structure that Flex is gifted with he looked great at any bodyweight.

Bodybuilding is subjective. That is not the time period I was talking about. That was from when dex was really young. The picture I was talking about he is older than that. I think Branch and Dex looked far better lighter. Matt do you have that shot of Dex in the front lat spread? From when he was younger.

THat is not the video I was talking about. That is from when he was a teen. I made a mistake. The picture of dex was from years ago but not when he was that young. It is a picture of him in a front lat spread.

My guess is that Chris Mason is in the high teens as far as body fat.

But lets for arguments sake suggest that he is at 25%.

He weighs 230 lbs.

To be ripped, he would have to get to 5%.

Meaning shredding 20 %.

46 lbs.

You claim it is possible to diet down without losing one ounce of muscle. Ok.

230-46=184

If Mason would be as high as 25, which I highly doubt, he still would be ripped at more or less 185 lbs.

Right now I am 280 with 35 pecent bodyfat.  I got it checked in one of those water tank things at a gym.  Doesnt that mean I could be fairly ripped at 185?  Not like I ever will do it but wouldnt it be possible?  Also dont worry I know I am a fatass I'm not trying to prove anything.

You are way higher than 35 percent.

I get the feeling that guys like TA and others claiming people have these ridiculous bodyfat numbers like 30 and 40% have never learned how to take a bodyfat measurement themselves, or had theirs done professionally.  There are few people on this board that I would readily put at over 30%, and these are the same people that you would be claiming to be in the 50's.
