Hey Tim, on your site it states Shameen Adams from S.A. was disqualified 2 different yrs, why was that?

he failed the drug test. for a while, only the class winners were tested, then it was the top 3, then the top 5.

how is it that if the TU competitors are not drug free, yet they still get beaten badly at the worlds?

they are not drug free but they are able to beat the test, apparently all place getters are tested, two people i know competed didnt place top 3 if they did would have been interesting as they were juiced to the gills.

The standard operating procedure for a doping test is as follow:

The competitor has to submit his test result at the time of weigh in and registration along with his passport. then another sample might be taken randomly at the time of weigh in … second sometime they take samples immediately after prejudging and again immediately after the finals.

Lat year in China the top 5 of each category had to give a sample and the test was done for 3 of them randomly. And of course influence plays a big role for who gets tested. And the Egyptian team kept on stalling and never gave any test.

In 2003 Asian Championship Kazakhstan … sample were taken from the athletes but were all dispose … 2004 Masters was not tested although it is a tested show, no one even took samples.

The substances that are tested for are very long and you have to know what they are looking for and go for stuff they are not also each substance stays in the body for a certain amount of time that you have to do the math and work accordingly. And it is not the same detection that is spreader around the internet. That is why still people are getting caught. Not everything comes from reading.

Each test costs around US$1500-2000 and to do so for all these athletes is very expensive. So what they do is random testing plus they don’t go for all of the substances mainly test /epitest ration, nandrelone, stanazolol, and some others which ends up anywhere between US$400-600.

These days there is no natural show. There is only tested and non-tested id they have a tested show you can pass the test but you aint natural … a lot of the natural BBers get upset when I say that but that is the truth. If you don’t want to use drugs don’t get upset when you get beaten by someone who does and you both pass the drug test. Tested shows are a different league training mainly stays the same but dieting and cycle is very much different and more complicated.

You can find the list of substances that are banned for the WADA or IFBB website. The test is done via urine and not blood, saliva or tear. So for someone to fail the test means the mentioned substance was shown in his urine.

The drug protocol for the athletes in the World's amateur is GH + insulin, because they are still undetectable in the drug tests. A friend of mine has been competing in this show for about 4 years, and that's EXACTLY what he's been using .
Every athlete that calls himself natural, but still shows up in this kind of crazy conditioning and size is juiced up to the gills from GH and slin, take my word for it. That's how they get away.

Mr. Michael Moore: it is not as you say. Just for the record Ali didn’t use Insulin for 4 years now.

The midsection issue is genetic. That occurs because of GH. I have a lot of athletes of the same amount but some of them get the gut and some don’t. So people who say I am controlling my gut and trying not to get a distended midsection is BS. You either get a gut or you don’t know one can control it.

the question was why don't Americans do well at the Worlds: because the bodybuilders with the best genetics from those countries are competing in the Worlds, and the bodybuilders with the best genetics from the USA are not going that route, but are competing in the NPC Nationals.
