can someone explain me the various types of training methods that pro bodybuilders use and plzz explain what these training methods mean..
1)HIT-i know this one when you do 1 set only of maximum intensity with the heaviest weight.some of the pros that used this type of training were mentzer and yates
2)HIGH VOLUME-jay cutler is the one who really does this type of training to the fullest..plz explain this volume training
3)OLD SCHOOL TRAINING-notably ronnie coleman does this type training..plz explain
4)WARREN/JOHNNIE JACKSON TYPE OF TRAINING-some one has to explain me that even when they are lifting heavy weights they do lighting speed reps..plz explain me all these training methods detail

but tell me what type of training is defined by the pros that i have mentioned..in that thread that you gave me the link has these 20 different training methods.i only want to know about the training methods that i have mentioned with references to the bodybuilders that i have mentioned

This would be a great opportunity for The Shadow to exercise his mental might and do some research himself on the affects of different training methods of some BB'ers. All the information is available out there on the WWW. I would doubt than anyone here would want to go over every detail of all the top BB'ers workout schemes. Which appears to be The Shadow's goal.
