hey,
i cannot lift any heavy weight for the next, at least, 6 months, i had to have surgeries on both my shoulders from that stupid Army, yeah travel the world and see great things, yeah right, but anyways, so all i can do for the next 6 or so months is cardio type stuff, can anyone recommend things to do to keep a little size. is that possible? apparently being a mass monster aint happening after surgery, haha, but all jokes aside, i have an hour to 90 minutes a day to work out, 6 days a week, can anyone recommend a workout/eating schedule that would work with this.
any help would be A+
