how many of you Train arms together or seperate Bi's from Tri's. I've been training bi's with chest and Tris with shoulders for awhile now and now that i've gone back to training them together on their own day they grew.
Why would you train Bi's with chest instead of bi's with back? Since one is pulling and one is pushing.,
The best way i've found is I do this like a two week split.
Week one, I work back, then biceps, I know i'll be weak on bi's after back so I rep on that bicep day.
Chest that week, i'll work triceps with chest but i'll rep on tri's instead of heavy work.
The next week, monday i'll do chest
tuesday i'll do biceps,
i'll take wednesday off, then thursday i'll have an arm day so i can go heavy on both bi's and tri's.
