He was the clear winner.  I figured Stan would place third.  Charles DOMINATED Stan in evey pose.  Don't get me wrong, Stan made a lot of improvements but he was clearly outmuscled and was not nearly as lean as Charles.  But competing at the Nationals is more a name game than anything else.

Trouble is right.  Me and him go way back to the good old days of Golds Gym.  We used to train together and I tell you what, even when I was juicing at the time I barely keep up with him.  He trains like a maddog straight from hell.  Hits nothing but free weights, very rarely uses a machine.....very rarely.  He uses no synthol, has no implants, no fancy supplements.  He eats, sleeps, and trains.   


I came down to the gym he works at in May and we joked around about those days.  He was 2nd last year but he told me that he was going to bring the pain like never before.


Now this is a most muscular!!!!  Take notes folks

So are you saying that Stan has weak legs? Clearly that is one of his strong points. I think his upper body is actually his weak point in which he has brought up but still need bigger arms and upper body thickness. Other then that I think he would do well being a pro. But we all know that bb is all about mass

We were hanging with Dexter, Curly Top, and Johnny Stewart.  I'm sure Stan is a good dude, but he should have been third at best.  His legs were too smooth at pre-judging.

I guess Vince G CSN MFT, aka Melvin Goodrum, should be campaigning strongly to have promoters and officials NOT raise the hands of winners in bodybuilding contests. I mean, that is hardly Triple V's strength and anyone with gynecomastia doesn't shine in that pose. Goodrum holds his poses with dignity but he should smile once in a while. Maybe he will smile when he actually wins one of those preliminary contests.

Melvin said he adopted the name 'Vince' after his wrestling fling. Now he says it was a very short period in his life. I guess it was traumatic enough to give him a nickname. What a pity for all Vinces that he chose that name!

Nope, work as an independent trainer at a gym in Sylva.  I used to train at Sportsclub.

I stopped selling at wrestling shows a long time ago.  Wrestling has really not been good.  The only events are benefit shows which basically people get in for free
