This is kinda staying on the same topic but, im kinda stuck and I seriously need something to just wreck my arms for some thick mass, anybody got any good ideas for a routine for liek 1-2 months????
you know the ways dude! barbell, dumbell,preacher curls supersets, drop sets get as much blood in there as humaly possible and then go home and eat.

Yah i know dude just doest seem to be working that great, it's been months where ive work them so hard i could barely flex it hurt so bad and they were soo stiff with blood pumped in em.

I think DC program works wonders for stregth and size. I get much thicker when I stay with it but I like to use all power movements. Basically the stronger you get the bigger your muscles get as long as you get adecate recovery time.
just push some weight!
