What a shock.  The majority of guidos who lift need gear to attain anything decent.  All for going out to some gumba club to wear a wife beater and have some trashy implant slut look at them.  Priceless.
I just saw a couple of guidos at my gym the other day.  One hat a dumb mesh cap on semi-sideways disgracing what I do every day, bodybuilding.  What a clown.
Some people really do break there ass in the gym, diet, and revolve their schedule around lifting.  Even if these people juice, I give them credit for hard work put in.  These second rate guidos are severe clowns though.

I clearly remember...I was a freshman when 'A bronx tale' came out and it was a few motnhs later most of the wop kids at school were all wearing fadoras, thin leather jackets and all spoke with a thick 'bronx' guido accent. Hahahahaha...when the summer before in hockey practice they were just normal southside born and raised kids who spoke with a Chicago accent.

 Then Casino came out and 'mob' movies became fashionable and hip and all fkn hell broke loose. They went from wearing 'Chicago White Sox' ball caps to 'fadoras'. They went from jeans and gym shoes to 'suits' and dress shoes. They went from no jewelrey(sp?) to enough gold to rival Mr. T.

 Teenagers to. I know for sure a few of them had mob family and connections to 'The Outfit' and the best part is this...

Good policing. Police know the odds and the odds are greater when dealing with negroes. They have to be more cautious.

 A case in Chicago at the infamous 'Cabrini Green' neighborhood over the summer. Police shot and killed 15yr old negroe boy. The young negroe with the doorag, giant overblown white t-shirt on was stopped by police for what appeared to be 'dealing' with other young negroes with giant white t-shirts on...what happened was the young negroe pulled out a BB gun handgun. It was a BB gun yes, and pointed it at the cops. Cops killed him.

 Negroe families marched, and Rev so and so made a big media outcry and CPD was labeled 'racist' because ' cops would have never killed a white kid with a BB gun...they would have investigated to verify it was a real gun...but a BLACK kid it is different'

The Irish Mob was always the big player in Boston until relatively recently. Providence was full of New York Italian Mobsters and Boston was mostly Irish Mob with a small contigent of Italian Mobsters.

That's changed now as you know and the power base is perhaps still the Irish but it's not overwhelming anymore. In fact the Asian gangs and Mob are getting a stronghold.

It's a new world, it's no longer just the Irish and Italians running the show.

thats the one im talking about... actually i think there are only 3 in the country... but i guess i might be wrong... the one im ref. to is in NY... long island... i train there everyonce in a while... huge gym, largest gym in the country i think... 49.99 a month!... pool, bb court, jacuzzi, sauan, steam room, ... etc ...

my heart is at Bev's, i remain loyal.... but let me tell you, Xsport has easily as much and as great a variety as Bev's does...

DIX HILLS, N.Y. - Frank Agnello, who starred with his mother and two brothers on the reality TV show "Growing Up Gotti," was arrested earlier this month on drug charges, police said.

Agnello, 16, was found with marijuana, OxyContin and morphine pills when authorities pulled him over on a Long Island road for failing to heed a stop sign, Suffolk County police Lt. Donato Mignone said Monday.

The teen, who was driving a rented sport utility vehicle, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said. He could face up to a year in prison if convicted.

Agnello's attorney, Adam Mandelbaum, said no drugs were found on Agnello during the Nov. 10 arrest in Dix Hills. "The rest of the matter is under investigation," Mandelbaum said.

He said Agnello will plead not guilty at a Jan. 24 hearing in Central Islip.

Mignone said police discovered the OxyContin and morphine pills in the SUV's glove compartment, console and trunk. He said two passengers were also charged.

Agnello was also given a summons for driving without a license, police said.

The teen is the son of Victoria Gotti, daughter of legendary mob boss John Gotti and sister of John "Junior" Gotti. Besides starring in "Growing Up Gotti" with his mother and brothers, Carmine and John, Agnello has written a book, "The Gotti Diet."

Agnello, who spends most of his spare time trolling on a bodybuilding website known as Getbig.com, has allegedly issued standing orders to "rub out" any Getbig member who mocks his arrest, his haircut, his physique, or his manliness.

yeah wen they first started promoting i looked them up... http://www.xsportfitness.com/ ... if they can keep theyre prices where theyre at, many many other gyms are going to have a tough time competing... New York and LI is a huge gym/BB/fitness market... the only downfall to Xsport is the place is soooo Fin big that its gunna be almost impossible for them to keep the place looking decent... i was in there the other night... nobody reracks the plates, or dumbells, dirty towels everywhere... dirty people, ... getting gross and the place has only been open 3 months... this is NY not IL, people dont clean up after themselves unless u make them
