ultimate warrior workout!
« on: November 28, 2006, 11:27:35 AM »
today i ran a mile in 5 minutes and then went for my 100 pullups right after. i used added weight this time and i only got to 60 and had to stop because i was on the absolute verge of blowing chunks.
something i learned from this is to NOT drink milk during your workout :-X
if i hadnt tried the milk drinking during your workout thing i would have successfully reached 100 weighted pullups after running a mile, which would have qualified me for ultimate warrior status. goddammit, i even watched Over the Top as a pre-workout meal.

A real Man would blow the chunks and just keep going.  Next time do that and make sure you get a video of it.

I do 120 reps in 8 sets (half of the sets are weighted, alternating with non-weighted).  As far as running first, I would blow chunks too . . .
