I have asked you 3 valid questions.

I will ask again.....

How would you define periodization? .... based on your real LIFE experience and vast array of trophies.

It is the period of time that you use a certain training protocol in the training year. You learn the answer to that question in the first term of your first year of school if you get an Exercise and Sport Science degree from any university. Now please, ask me something important.

Do you NOT think periodization is important?

What you just described is a "training bloc"

Periodization : Variation in Planning.

Question #2

What type of periodization have your clients who won all the trophies experienced the best results from?

You just repeated what I just said in different words.  Dude, I'm not going to spout my credentials in full here, and I don't want to discuss my training protocols. Just know that I'm a National level competitor in bodybuilding, pro powerlifter, am a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and have a bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science with minors in psychology and nutrition. We're done.

What type of periodization have your clients (who won all the trophies) experienced the best results from?

it was not an insult in a personal sense just more about the "i'm on a higher level" attitude.

You are over modding this place a little Hedge that was not worthy of deletion imo, however if you say thats the way it is then I must abide by it. Even though I don't agree.
