Your altered version of HIT is really working great! I'm impressed!  Are you going to continue with your routine until you plateau?



Cheers bro, i (as will u) think uv got to have that sort of attitude wen doing this sort of training, i mean thers only 1 set in which u giv it all u got, and even if it hurts u no that if u dont give it ur all ur gonna go home and be really annoyed at urself!!

Yeh i like the slight alterations iv made (i had tips from myesone), yeh im gonna keep going for aslong as i can, then i think il either try ur version on HIT or mayb the beyond failure stuff, or switch back to my old routine (for like 3 weeks)which had me doing 8 sets for big muscles and 5 for smaller, so il still b doing low volume and it will giv my joints etc a wee break before i start proper HIt again.
