I dont discriminate white. My wife is white. Most of my friend is white.
But I say "red neck".Because many rural white american are racist and hate home to the extreme because of their conservative attitude through catolicism.Maybe you are one of them,son..

Meltdown    Translation:Oh,you are right but i cant admit what you say, because i am a weak mind person.

Mr. Miyagi, you own yourself with every keystroke.  ;D <---- This is you smiling.  8)

Green Buddha...I mean Mamba...
I asked Hide to give me a name of good psychiatrist in Japan...but than I realized that you are not in Japan...
Well, Alcohol Anonymous groups are everywhere...so maybe it's good idea to look for them when you are sober...

There is nothing like drunk Mamba...Happy Easter  ;D

;D ;D- I am just kidding Mamba - Try this on English this time...and really "Spell Check" button underneath this post is quite useable tool...If you can nicely (Please - for the love of God) check your text before you post it...It would make it much more interesting - IF WE UNDERSTAND ;)

LMFAO.............Mishko even threw flames at him!!!  Coolest pro on the board by far.  8)

lmao
Explanation:
Dorian and Mike Mentzer train totaly opposite to Milos style.
Short set with maximam concentlation.
So these two are always try to all out in one set.
From this reason, their maximum concentlation in one set is much greater than other IFBB pro.
In this case, even if they lift light, its almost impossible to accomplish Milos giant set like Marathon style.

No I dont think its because of miss-speling. Just i cant explain it very well.

OK. Honestly.
I dont have any confidence to finish your routine no matter how light the weight is.
If i go to failure several sets in these giant sets,I sure cant finish them.

Because i train my legs only 4 sets of squat and 2 sets of leg presses(Warm up doesnt count),and I am knock down on the flour. Why I do so short, cus i dont feel anything in that stage and i barely cant go up and down stairs.

No no mate. I am not angry at all now.
Just a honest question.
My training style is very short and intense.
His training style is  very long and intense.
Thats why his style is beyond my imagination.
So I ask him to make it clear.

imo (please, this is totally just me guessing) I think it's cuz you need a certain level of endurance to be able to support mad additional muscle weight and stress. So your heart, lungs and vascular system needs to be ultra strong and then you're body will be able to easily build AND SUPPORT massive amounts of muscle. Whereas normally it wouldn't. So if you do lots of lifting, but very have very little endurance, your body can only go so far simply because it can't support anymore muscle.

This, imo, is where people get the idea that pros have a hard time walking up stairs, etc...because as they (meaning the non-pro) are gaining weight, they aren't concurrently gaining endurance (heart/lung/vascular system) to support their additional weight -- so they have problems walking up stairs, their gains stop, and/or they have a heart attack. Therefor they project this idea onto pros who have gnarly amounts of muscle without taking into consideration that the pros have already increased their endurance sufficiently to support that additional weight/stress.

Yea I thought this before working w/ Milos -- and for all I know, this is TOTALLY wrong and not what he things anyhow -- so I'm not just parroting his mantra  ::). I just didn't realize how it was to be done.

 ;D ;D ;D

OK...so much for my "Spell Check" or speak English suggestion...

How about this Mamba...I trained with Dorian several times...I can tell you that I could follow his style of training ANYDAY...even at his best...
I trained with him in Venice after he won 1995 - in his best condition to date...and 1996...and 1998, 1999, 2000...

Try to understand: I will use ONE SET ALL OUT THEORY and after I am either OUT or ALMOST OUT - I would add additional set of complementing exercise of choice...and go out or "almost out" (WHAT IS OUT - REALLY?)...and than add another one...and another one...and 22 more...

I don't care what people say - THIS IS THE ULTIMATELY HARDEST WAY TO TRAIN...and depending on HOW CRAZY you really want to go - there is NO LIMIT...

Whatever you do in ONE ALL OUT...try to double it, than triple it...than maximama it...and you'll have cancellation of your concentlation...or something like that...

Thanx. Thats a very good answer.

OK. There is no limit..But you cant do it forever.Thats more difficult than flying. ;D
Beside of joke,Then you said "and than add another one...and another one...and 22 more...".
When is the time to stop and which muscle feeling is the sign of stop?
When you feel nothing more? Or When you cant move even 1inch?

I think there is no overtraining in his way.Because of the weight they use(Light weight).
With Intensity alone it doesnt happen.
How is the truth?Milos.

One of the most sad thing in the fitness industry is that guys like Milos actual Genius on the field have a hard time getting paid while  people pay hundrends and hundrends of dollars to some pathetic trainers in some studios in Beverly Hills. You guys know what I am talking about.

Maby thats because no one wants to look like a bber>>???
