#1) For few that don't realize - I do have a job...and not much time to answer every question that I am asked...
#2) My answers to just about ANY training, dieting, supplementation... questions are already posted on my board (certainly - many will conclude that they simply don't want to join my FREE board but still they would request and expect the answers from me - forgeting that "being nice" could be a slightly better choice ...for getting their questions answered...
I am secure enough NOT to be bothered by ANY comments - as I know who I am and what I stand for...so NO - I do not feel obligated to answer EVERY QUESTION that I am being asked - especially when I see that exact person who is demanding the answer is MORE than disrespectful...(to me and/or others)...
#3) It is pointless for me to go into discussion when someone ONLY ASSUMES thing (or two) about my training techniques, protocols, methods...If I will need to explain myself - I will have to spend hours - HOURS that I don't have...
#4) My challenges to little insecure ego's on this board (and we all know who they are) are for a reason...When they grow up they usually realize - AND MORE THAN LIKELY (as it happened already so many times) - they will eventually write me an E-mail (or a PM) admitting that they were exactly insecure and few other things...
I commend them for that...and I am happy for them (at the same time - I am glad that I did make a difference)
#5) Training photos of me and many of my athletes are doing wonders to many people around the world - as I am getting constant feedback from numerous people who find those photos (and routines) quite inspirational...
For THEM - I keep taking photos and posting them on MY board (quite the job that takes TIME...but time spent for people that at least find something POSITIVE rather than many "getbigers" who only look for NEGATIVITY, meltdowns, criticism, hate...etc)
#6) My responses are usually to 'experts" who only see the amount of "brutal" weight that I (or my partners) are lifting...and explanations that weight used might be DUE TO some advanced technique used (giant set, drop set...or whatever else) - thus explaining the "weakness"...For those "inflated egos" I am always ready to issue the challenges - and they all know where they can find me..

- this is taking too much time...(I just finished just about craziest quad workout and I am not feeling too good...but feel "obligated" to respond to my true fans that love me so much...off course here on board...Calling me criminal, arrogant, no good, oil reservoir...and other lovely things...Oh well - they play "tough" but we all know that they love me...and who can blame them for that?)
#8) I think I am about finished...Oh yeah - AS FAR AS ASIAN OFFICIAL - yes - I am under the investigation by the IFBB by making some claims during the bodybuilding event in Doha, Qatar - during the Asian games...
Gentleman's name is Mr. Paul Chua and he is unquestionably guilty of fixing the shows in Asia for many years...
While I cannot talk about OTHER SHOWS - I certainly can talk about Doha and 2006 Asian games which I attended and witnessed it with my own eyes.
While subjectivity is KNOWN FACT in bodybuilding - it is distinclively different than bluntly FIXING the shows...
Now - I am working on PROVING MY CLAIMS and as soon as I do - Mr. Chua will be removed from his position...
To say it simply: If Mr. Chua wants Micky Mouse to beat Jay Cuttler in 2007 Mr. Olympia and he announces to the world that Micky is going to win...and that actually happens - I HOPE FEW PEOPLE WOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY...
I still believe that IFBB would NOT STAND for something like that - and that is WHY I am pursuing that issue as well...
BTW - numerous photos of that "FIXED" showare on my board...
#9) Just to comment: I was subject to jail time - as much as I was subject to Nobel Prize honors...or maybe Oscar's?
