Plus, are stronger than most people of any age.

Glad to read you saying the stuff I am doing - heavy weights, lots of whey protein, no steroids. :)

I notice you have a normal looking neck (not fat) so thats it for me, I trust you when you say no steroids!

You look naturally well defined too, instead of "swollen" like you would from steroids.

70 kg x 35 reps
110kg x 15 reps
140kg x 5 reps
110kg x 12 reps
110kg x 10 reps
110kg x 10reps
110kg x 10reps
110kg x 12 reps


Leg curls :
5 sets of 8-10 reps (80 - 100lbs)
