Today's arms routine as following:

Triceps
Overhead Cable rope Extension 15 sets x 8-10 reps
Triceps Press-down 12 sets x 8-10 reps

Biceps
Incline Dumbbell Curls 15 sets × 5-8 reps, (using Descending sets)

Barbell Curls 7sets × 8-10 reps (using Negative training principle)

(I have injured my spinal column 25 years ago ,so switch to smith machine squat)
