Today after my 2nd sugery to take the steel-wires from my leg.
Finally I can stand up again ! and now is learning to walk normally.
I have lost about 9 lbs after 2 months out of workout(pics taken Aug 5th)
hope a speedy recovery!

should be mostly just fluid loss from your muscles. get back into some kind of exercise again soon, and after a few weeks it'll be like you never left

x2 they will pop again when you start lifting.

yes, coach will once again be kicking ass in the gym. many 56-yr-old guys would have used this injury as an excuse to just say "fuck it, i've had it"
