take a mm pic after training & eating

Does that Burger King taste like the ones in USA?  It looks different in a good way.  Meat looks better than the ones here.  Do they use local supply maybe?  ???

The beef here is so greasy it is borderline gross.  I don't eat it.   ;)  What range of calories do you eat per day?

Here in USA the meat is too greasy and it makes the calories very high because of the high amount of fat.   I never really eat fast food because it is not made well here (too much chemicals also).

That seems about right for a calorie range.  Unfortunately I have to count my calories because me trying to "guess" never turns out right and I can over eat easy.  For me around 2700 +/- seems to be about right.  More calorie than that no matter what the source and I just gain fat from it.  Unless I do lots more exercise and physical activity.

Good pictures!  Keep it up!

Yeah I tried to send some PM's with Mandarin (I used google translate) and one or two with English.  I thought maybe I say something wrong in Mandarin since you didn't respond.  Or.... PM's is broken.

no more than 2 hours of training.
I can't running & no doing cardio, because of my low back problem since 25s years ago.
now with injured knee problem...
Just try no rest and higher reps during workout.
and KEEP A LOW FAT,almost NO SALT diet all year around.

Musclecenter do you take any time off from training, like a week every 4 months for example?
Also how do you deal with joint problems?
