Impressive. I remember reading how Arnold trained shoulders with a wrestler and they did 55 sets and he was wrecked when they were done ( I think it took them more than 50 minutes though).
How quickly do you recover from such high volume?

Its one of old school training methods
and i feel like doing aerobic exercise too :)

6 - 12 reps per set with moderate to light weight.

Want to get 6-pack abs?

*Keep a strict diet firstly.
*training low abs first, like hanging leg-raise.
*always higher reps, over 20 or 25 reps.
*doing abs pose after abs-workout.

so many food night markets here in Taipei.
Be a natural bodybuilder need very good discipline of diet.
Maybe you can take one day off to eat junk food every one or two week.
