I have a set of dB rods with sleeves like that at home.. they are very solid. guy gave me them years ago. Just annoyed me always making sure the sleeve was central. But welded like yours you donīt have a problem.

about 183 lbs(83 kg) now, 193 lbs(88kg) maybe is my all-time heaviest 15 years ago i think.

Thanks, Mr Huang. Could you tell us your protein and carb intake when you are trying to build muscle? Not cutting but bulking.

for me no bulking or cutting such thing, almost the same yearly around.
about 150-180 grams of protein intake daily.
