You can build a better body, even if you're in your 50s or 60s.

i hope you don´t take the same colour to your skin next time you walk onstage.....

every athlete who´s so long training, day by day week by week, year by year.....get my respect....i´m doing the same thing now also since Arnold won his last Mr. Olympia Title....i´m 51 now, and hope that i have the motivation i had the last 35 Years, for the next 20 Years of training. I´m in offseason training right now, weighing 259 lbs. today on a 6 "2" frame. And in 20 Minutes i will go for the next leg workout....which is a serious thing for me, "no talking, no training partner, just me and some heavy iron, my pain, feeling my muscles works...."  i love it.....even when people wonder and ask me, "hey charly you are over 50...why do you work so hard...?" same answer "i love it..."

Greetings from far away germany to taiwan.....(like your Deep Purple posing....child in time....)

thanks.... ;)

by the way...
there is still too much negative talking in Internet, esp. in Bodybuilding-Communities....people who don´t even know the persons they talking about, spend there energy for "shi...talk" insted for serious training.

Athletes need Inspiration & positve reaction by others.......today i thank the people in Bodybuilding and powerlifting i met in person (in the last 35 Years) who give me Inspiration.
(examples Thomas Scheu who lived just a few minutes away from me, David Hoffmann with whom i sometimes have some talking where Bodybuilding is going to....or Dorian Yates who was my role-model for training back in the 90´s.

the forbidden pose by the ifbb.... ::).

harmstrings looking good :)  & the steps in these pics remind me a bit of temple Gym in Birmingham where you have to walk down to the old dungeon where dorian yates build up his Mr. Olympia Body with high intense training.
