What proove do we have that you need to take in more calories, then you burn to GAIN MUSCLE??? i think thats a myth, i believe you can loose fat, while gaining muscle also.
Why the hell not? PROTEIN is a musclebuilder, right? so get plenty of protein, and try to minimize your calories.
If calories build muscle, then you wouldnt need no protein. Then you could just drink coca cola tgo build mass. i doubt it.
