Jay tore his knee up and had a setback.  That being said, he probably uses too much gear.  Also, he tries to keep up with Branch, weight wise.  What Branch  can do for 12-15 reps, Jay can do for 3-4.  Jay's ego won't allow him to drop the weight and lift properly.  Thus, he isn't getting everything out of his workout, like Branch is.  Branch has superior genetics, and is a LOT more focused in the gym, as well.

jay moore was never anything special as a bodybuilder...branch used to be good (before he was a pro but he looks like a powerlifter after adding more mass)...now he looks like shit.

Wow, one thing that shocked me (that Ive never ever seen before) is that Jay tore his upper lat in the exact same spot on the exact same side as Branch did.....I cannot remember seeing training partners suffer the exact same muscle tear before. I wonder if it was done on the same exercise. Incredibly rare.

Branch is a great bodybuilder ugly or not. thick, freakish, grainy, muscular, motivated.. I  always pay a little bit more attention to the contest when he is in the lineup.. Hes definitely a hardcore bodybuilder and there doesnt seam to be a lot of them left.
