Adonis' genetics are terrible. Just the general muscle shape and proportions are some of the worst ive seen. Its clear he does put some effort into his physique though, so ill give him respect.

He can get in condition. IMO, he looked healthier at a little over 200 and the genetics weren't so glaring.

I am 32 will be 33 in june...I have a 19 year old kid that just started working for me a couple weeks ago.We have been on 12 hour shifts forever seems like.The other night I said I would be glad when our hours got back to normal.He said" It don't really bother me...but I guess that's cause I'm still young."
