The problem with cell phone use in airplanes is that the older phones (Analog) would tie up multiple cell towers and could cause the network to crash.
Cell phones are just a powered antenna and can communicate with towers from 25 to 40 miles away.

again, really, when i was all about 911, I would have constructed my own graphic and pwned your argument silly.  However it's a waste of time for me now.  There's so much info out there.  if people want to read about it, they can.  If they want to ignore all the holes in the official story (a story which even the writers say now is no longer valid), then so be it.  This is america.  You can be as stupid as you wish to be.  The 911 commish authors say we need a 2nd investigation.  An "engineer" named IFBBwannaB says we don't.  Sorry bro, but I'm going to roll with their opinion on this one.
