my best lift so far would be incline pressed 130s for 7 and shoulder pressed 110s for 2 sets of 6.

I dont do 1rep max no more because im scared of tearing something

But at my best i...
benched 365 for 3 (sort of bounced off towel on chest)

Squated 585 for 1

military 245 for 5 or 6

I never really dead lifted until this year Which explains why i have no back.
to date I have only gone up to like 275 for 8 reps. and my lower back still hirts like shit from it. I know its a pussy number but its like i seriously started dead lifting maybe in novemver.

I did these at 6 feet 250 and a lifetime natty.

Great lifts mate. You should post a pic showing your leg development, since you say it's one of your best bodyparts.

There's a deadlift competition where I live in a few months and I think I can win my class if I get put up five plates or close to it.  Any tips on how to get a deadlift up in that timeframe?

Grab weight, lift of floor, Repeat with heavier weight.
just push some weight!

I've been training on and off for about 11 years now. I must have taken about 4 - 5 years off, collectively, in that time. I've been deadlifting pretty much the whole time and I think that's the sole reason why I'm really thick and separated, especially in my back. It also helped my forearms grow a great deal.

I've got a 8 layered shirt on order. Hoping to break around 750 with it, its steel reinfornced, and u need to to hold around 700 just to touhc your chest with it.

Agree 100%. I'm cool with Alex and I always give him props for his sense of humor and his physique, but I just don't see him doing 44 plate leg presses with a full R.O.M. No disrespect meant Alex.

here's the real lifts which are still great
            225 for 5 military
             125's for 6 incline db
8-9 plates per side for deep leg presses
145-155 upright rows, still great weights.

You're upper body numbers are like mine, but I ain't done no 44 plates on the leg press LOL!!   Maybe with a 3-inch ROM, but crunched knees to chest......not seein it.
