Yes these are all one rep extra bad form.
44 plates is half rep with knee wraps.
150 incline press is a lie. But if Mindspin can, so Can I
135's for 6 reps.
32 plates leg press with friendly berings, 6-8 ¾ reps
225 upright rows, any fucking day of the week.
