Why does his spotter lift the weight up for his first rep, when he's putting it back on the floor after each rep?
And when its on the floor there's no stress on the triceps at all. So is this just another way of making an exercise easier? If you can't handle that weight for normal lying extensions, then there's no way your elbows could take even more weight lifted off the floor.
