Good to hear that ur getting back into it. After posting b4 sayin i hadnt worked legs for a week, i now havnt worked them for 3 weeks (including scheduled week off i had)+i wont be working them hard 2moro either, ankles still sore. turned out i damaged ligaments in my ankle, makes a nice crack every time i take normal step lol.
Gonna do sum hammy work 2moro and light calf work aswell as probs sum slow db squats or heavier 1/2 squats?!
So annoying as i was focusing more on legs.
