For me it and my height 230 is considered Obese, ask my Insurance Company who could careless that i have more Muscle than Fat when the Bill comes, I get screwed every time!

most people who never touched steroids have for sure far more test than you at 40, cause u abused steroids for years.

I lost it. No, its going okay. My leg is much much better so I can walk easier now. Using the elliptical. I'm over in Hilo helping out at our gym there 3 days a week. It is pretty boring there most of the day so I do my cardio there. Still having a little hard time at the not eating at night thing. Eating allot fish and chicken though. Got to get off the milk. I drink just way to mch milk. I love it though. It is 2%. I will be good to go at the Olympia. Hopefully if Apenis starts saving now and Goodrum sells his house, they both will go to the Olympia. I would love to see them and say hi. As we get closer to the Olympia I will start posting up lifts and weight. This is definitely taking longer than expected but something I can do.
