Lee in the offseason how does a typical day go? do you get up super early and Train first thing? or do you get a few meals in you first?? I'll usually get up at 8 am and I'd like to go train at about 12 but someone told me once that you need at least 3 meals in you before you train and that takes me about 6 hours to do. so i end up training later.

GET UP EARLY EAT GOT TO GYM AN HOUR LATER...OR SOMETIMES AROUND 1 AFTER 3 MEALS...DOSEN'T MATTER I CAN TRAIN JUST AS GOOD ON EMPTY STOMACH....

Lee, do you train at 24 hour fitness?I know you own a juice bar at one.I train at 24 hour here in Denver.I have 5 different gyms all within 15 mins of my house.It's nice I can go to so many different gyms for a change of pace when I want to.Do you like 24 hour fitness?

montague get real man.... kids in grade 6 are bloody downloading gangbang porn videos off the net and talking about party drugs (i didnt even know wat drugs where at that age) society is going to shit and standards a lowering... and telling a grown man wat to do on a forum is not cool. (just my opinion)

Scott York is a genius for recognizing the opportunity for a project like this.
He’s contributed to the “business board” and I highly recommend reading his posts.
Scott is also a very cool guy who will gladly answer legitimate and intelligent questions from people here.

Just be respectful and don’t waste his time with questions like, “Scott, can you ask Lee where he bought the shoes he wore in the second half of volume 5?”
Although I believe a similar question was addressed in an early volume.

Lee also answers questions – even a lot of the dumb ones. He is the most fan-friendly bb I know of, which is the other reason I believe that Scott’s reality series is so successful.

I also wish Scott well with his new reality series featuring Monica Brant-Peckham.
