also why would you do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach? some people even wake up and loose alot of needed sleep just to run on an empty stomach. total useless self torture. cardio on empty stomach doesnt burn more fat. so all you freaks out there..dont loose sleep over this shit. do the cardio in the evening when your fully awake and have some food in you.
I do cardio on an empty stomach cause it works best for me. I have tried all the different methods and for me, cardio on an empty stomach with some ECA and coffee is the most effective way for me to lose fat. When you do it on an empty stomach, you start burning fat quicker because all your stores have been depleted while you sleept throughout the rnight. I would have to increase my cardio time by a third if I don't do it this way. Also, I don't lose muscle this way because I can eat good all day. In fact, I lose more muscle dieting by dropping my calories with no/cardio.
If you are naturally skinny/thin, then this might not be the best method for you. I can put on fat very easily, and for people like me this is the best way.
