Name one other person who has presented and defended a serious training method here on the gossip board? I did that to demonstrate that people want information. What a pity that few are able to embrace the truth. Most stick to their own beliefs and take them to their graves.

I post here as an ordinary person and do not use my education, titles or experience to support my posts. I debate with all comers and most of the time it is a waste of my time. Soon enough some knuckleheads accuse others of being fat, gay, old, or stupid.

Bodybuilding is not supported or appreciated by the general public. We all know that. Since steroids appeared our sport has been lampooned by just about everyone and we are not respected at all.

One would hope that a subculture that is disrespected would know what it feels like to be knocked by others. Therefore, bodybuilders should not bag anyone else because of how they look.

What do we find? Fat people are hated because having fat is seen as a sin. What a load of nonsense. Fatness has always been an abject quality. Nothing has changed since Ancient Greece when they believed the corporeal degraded the beauty that only the mind is capable of. Plato was wrong then and Christians are wrong today. The body is all that we have.

It is a curious thing that most fat women do not like musclemen. Well, most women do not find large physiques attractive and I guess fat women have the same attitudes as smaller women.

We can't expect that guys that lift weights are going to be philosophers and actually think about issues. Therefore most guys have the same attitudes about fatness that the general public do.

The sad thing in our modern societies is that fat is bad and muscle is bad, too. What the heck is good about the human body? Moderation seems to be the only acceptable state.
