The "Luke Wood" story you refer to Hank is almost every bodybuilders story, few make it, even fewer make a living from it, men and women do this to themselves for their own personal reasons, if people want to self destruct, let them I say. I am not anybodies mother, Nor are you Hank.  If you care like you say you do, leave bodybuilders alone, whats the point of offering help when it isn't asked for.  I have never truly understood the personality disorder that requires an individual to have to have someone to hate and in turn be hated back.  Good Luck Hank with that.

Many of us here at getbig have seen many tirades and intense bouts of verbal warfare between fellow board members. 

However, this full-fledged assault on Luke Wood (courtesy of our patron Saint) has taken intense discourse to an entirely different level.  I marvel at the precision and brilliance of the argument leveled against Luke Wood by our Saint. Luke Wood ever stepping on a bodybuilding stage for the rest of his life is a colossal mistake that none of us want to see. 

Once again, we should all thank the Lord that we have such a man among us.

Luke is not the kind the person who can think for himself.  He relies upon people like Milos to dictate the terms.

Milos is a very cunning and shrewd manipulator.  One only has to witness how Milos treats his stable of so-called athletes.  He essentially plays one off against the other.  This creates tension and distrust within the group, something Milos can then use to benefit is own personal ideals.

Yes, Milos plays malicious and callous mind-games with these largely insecure-roided-losers.

Luke has never been able to escape Milos' control.  He is trapped within this cult-like system that Milos has carefully constructed.

I couldn't agree more with the intervention. You would be surprised at the respect and support Luke Wood gets from his family friends here in Australia. Although when they talk about him you can tell theres always that uncertainty. When discussing his presentations at shows its always he had a "flu" or something of this nature. They all look forward to his next appearance and we all see those "5 weeks out" pictures in awe and then its a let down. Does he not realise he is done in this sordid sport? What will it take for him to come to that inevitable conclusion? What more is he going to do to that body? I mean for God's sake ENOUGH IS ENOUGH Luke we are worried about you.

It is quite terrifying the hold Milos has over Luke.  As i stated earlier, Milos is a very controlling person.

Again, his  'cult-like' hold over Luke is shocking and disturbing!

Cults operate essentially by brain washing individuals.  They use all sorts of psychological manipulations to achieve the desired results.

Luke being such a genuine, simple and gullible individual is the perfect candidate for conversion.
