we'll see how it goes tommorow
if I see I flatten out too much, I'll take the whole sunday to "carb up" ( palumbo said that the cheat meal can't go above 500 gr of carbs). I don't think I can eat 500 gr of carbs in a meal so maybe I'd eat it trough the whole day and go back on the normal diet on monday
