how much weight do you do on seated calf raise?
i am getting there another 20lbs and i think i can be PRO not that i am banking on it its still a hobby

i would have to somewhat agree with this statement. Just compare his physqiue to phil heaths and well cased closed At any rate another 5 years of hard work in the gym very high doses and sure he could maybe get a pro card..

225 to 230 i rebound after shows bad caus ei eat everything i went up to 250 before i think afte rthis next one i can get to 270 though

time released whey by gaspari or RTD's by nature's best miceellar casein's i don;t really trust any of the other companies to behonest
