Hey thanks man...I used to do straight sets. But this one guy showed me that pre-exhaust shit works for me..I used to do straight sets with heavier weights and that worked for a while but i stopped makin changes

Thanks for the wrds...im on schedule so far...just still concerned with my back but i might be fine. hows your training goin

Alright bitches...

Here was my supplement stack and meals for last night and i must say im feelin better

YEsterday during the day

2 snickers 1 can of coke
1 double whopper w cheese meal and a coke


That was food for yesterday


Supps were
no2 like 3 pills
MSM pills para my joints
cla, l carnitine
had some emergen-c fizz drink
and gnc multi vitamins


and after i lifted i had torrent...that shit works....i had a brutal workout and my chest aint as sore as usual. What i seen so far from torrent is better recovery...and it taste good as hell...thats about it...Im not sure what else its supposed to do...
Dinner was a 16oz ribeye rare asparagus and mashed potatos and a glass of merlot.

Right now its 12 and i aint ate yet. Ill go get some steak or somethin. Or maybe the store and get some tuna..but imma be too hungry..

The eating thing is tough..

Im goin with about 45sec inbetwen each set except for when doin deads........

For all cable stuff i use 150

for the Bb rows it was forst 205 but i did 7 shitty ass reps. so i droped to 185 and did 8 clean reps
Chainsaws was 100's for 8

Im gonna try to build for like 2 more weeks

then im goin to the contest prep....

been trainin for like a month straight now an im up to 235 with abs. My contest goals are 210-215 ripped...im hopin to loose 2lbs a week
