this is one thing i have to disagree with Adonis on, there is no way that Kiwi's arms have 6 inches of fat on them, the guy has a lot of muscle on him and his arms still look relatively lean.

Haven't posted pics of my legs yet. I've got good quads and calves, but my hamstrings are quite sub-par in comparison, which is why I won't compete this year if I don't look good enough in my own eyes. I haven't seen JRod's pics. Can you put them up or post links?
