okay, completely disregarding my feelings about the "adonis principles" here...

tweeter, you lost a very negligible amount of weight, i was thinking five pounds at the most, and i would have chalked up the difference in appearance to the lighting. when you shift from a dim light to a severe shadowing-overhead light and the difference is hardly noticeable, that means your in trouble.

since you lost 18 pounds apparently, that means you absolutely didn't lose 18 pounds of fat. 18 pounds of fat lost is a fair amount, if you were 200 pounds in the first picture, 18 pounds of fat is a full 9% of your bodyweight. unfortunately, you didn't just lose fat, you simply got smaller. 50g of protein in a caloric deficit is just stupid if you plan on holding onto muscle tissue.

one of the problems with the "adonis principles" is that it just assumes all weight lost is fat and goes from there. you'll probably get lean eventually, but you'll be a beanpole and then Team Gimmick Account will swarm out saying "see? that's how much muscle he actually had! you fatasses don't realize it!!" when in reality you're losing a LOT of muscle.

i've seen a lot of guys lose fat and look bigger afterwards, take dave gulledge:

that's 55 pounds lost. that's what it looks like when you really strip just fat. he looks gigantic at 265 whereas at 320 or so he was huge, but his shoulders for example didn't have that roundness to them due to the fat over them.

keep that in mind. if you're looking smaller, something's not right.

3eggs, 2 egg whites
1.5 cups oats
3 fish oil caps

8:30
3scoops protein powder
1tbsp flax oil
1cup cottage cheese

11:30
3scoops protein powder
1tbsp flax oil

1:30
whole wheat pasta
lean ground turkey

3:30
1cup oats
2scoops protein powder

5:00
ground turkey

7:30
salmon patty sandwich on whole wheat toast
1 chicken breast

9:30
3 scoops protein powder
1tbsp flax oil
1cup cottage cheese
3fish oil caps.

His 2 Week fasts were:

4 protein shakes a day consisting of 2-3 scoops of protein powder and 1 tbsp of flax oil. One meal a day I would have a few eggs with turkey and chesse.

don't apologize, dude. no one's hating on you, per se. we all just agree that the adonis principles are not going to help you as much as you hope, and there are far better options out there for you. look at adonis himself and realize that he's in his late 20s and has been working out for probably almost a decade. after 10 years of lifting do you think that's what you want to be left with? then consider how good of an idea his "principles" are for you.

Poor attitude tweeter. If you want to settle for mediocracy then keep that attitude. I don't know if you have any aspirations to compete or not but for me i know i am better then everyone. You also know have to know how to be realistic with yourself at the same time though.

do you have any idea what 18 POUNDS OF FAT LOOKS LIKE!!!??? do you have any clue the amount of tissue that is?..and with each lb of fat containing 3,500 calories, that would have to mean that you were in a 1,500 calorie per DAY deficit to lose 18 lbs of fat in 6 weeks!!!!!! lmao!! sorry, not humanly possible.

a true 18 lb. fat loss would have taken you from looking like you did in that first picture...to shredded beyond comprehension. so , if you really have lost 18 lbs in 6 weeks, my condolences, because youve lost mostly lean mass and water.

priciples will not work unless the person has a really high bodyfat, the you would loseing more bodyfat no matter what, rathe rthen muscle  but whne you gte to that last 3-5 lbs you want to lose of fat this sdiet will nevr wrk caus e it will keep eatingyou muscle    adonis looked anorexic in his pics and you could tell his stomach was loose as shit
