The peak is a level 6.5 speed, I presume it's the built in "interval" program on the machine. Forgive me if this sound weak, people have recommended doing HIIT. How exactly do I design a HITT program. Someone recommended: sprints for a minute, then walk for 1, sprint for 1, walk for 1 ,for 20 minutes.
Someone else said do 45 minutes in the morning, before that take an aspirin and caffeine.
Kinda confused...
