the guys are in decent shape and, yes, garaeth has lost a lot of weight (well done man).

don't know if he is going to continue synthol but PLEASE DON'T! it looks fucked up.

mixalot's got tri heads that look like sergio's (potential wise).

milos, what is it with the super pumped upper arms on your guys? makes their chest and back look small.

Exactly.With this body fat,already you can see them. So if his body fat go down, they will appear more clearly

Look at his left bicep in particular in the above pic. The shape is "classic" Synthol look. That Milos' protege Binais Begovic has the exact same shape too.

I was at te KOLOSEUM working out while these guys were working out with Milos. I was shocked to say the Least. I normaly use HIT during my workouts, The giant set system develop by Milos is serious hardcore. I was glad I was not doing it and I am a top national competitor.

I have never taken any Deca or Test or whatever in my entire life, but nearly a year and a half ago when Gaspari Nutrition came out with M1T (it was considered naturally occuring prohormone and available legally over the counter then and my supplement store recommended that I really should give it a try) I got really good results with that as my bench went from 495 to 605 in 4 months and put on about twenty 20 pounds on my body weight, but I got carried away with it and took it for 4 months straight and my nipples did get sore after a while but I got such tremendous gains on my strength from it that I got carried away with it being able to do the whole stack of 300pounds on the lat pulldowns 15 to 20 reps with ease. But after I was able to make that goal of benching 605 I was done with as my life also went upside down during that time as I was facing an impending divorce so my life went to hell and I got really sick for a while due to black mold in my lungs that took me nearly a year to recover as doctors and all their drugs and inhalers could not help me as my lungs dropped to 62% capacity and was in really bad shape for over a year out of my life and just now getting back into the swing of things completely weening myself out of all those Doctor Prescribed treatments along with crazy inhalers like Advair and whatever junk they experimented with on me that even after them telling me to triple the doses it just destroyed my body even more as it has stuff in there that suppresses your natural hormones. After months painfully weening myself out of those drugs even though the doctors was against it... I was able to became pretty healthy again doing what I know best which is lots of heavy and hard training and taking NOXPLODE which helped me at least get my intensity back at the gym and probably 80 percent of the shape I was then. And now I can still do 500pounds on my bench these days.

This is a pic of my lat spread back then of course I just finished doing 25 reps of the whole stack of lat pulldowns on my 3rd set.

Sorry to hear about your problems... good to see your getting healthy and back in the gym! 500lb bench after a long layoff is nothing to sneeze at!

Thanks for your sincere regards... my hats off to Garraeth though because even though I've helped him get the technique of stimulating the chest and not the shoulders when doing bench presses as in 3 months time with my aggressive neative bench press techniques along with him aggressively losing nearly 40 pounds of bodyfat with his strict diet he was still able to increase his bench from 275 to 405 with me so he was able to keep most of his muscle and get even stronger... he has helped me get my fire back in the gym too these past few months... so I have many things to be thankful for in life now and just prefer to live a clean and healthy life along with a good mind and body and spirit.

Photos are taken after ARM training...thus - arms are exploding full...Same happens with CHEST, BACK, DELTS, LEGS...when hey train those body parts...

By now - everyone knows that I am giving SPECIAL DRINKS to my guys...We have PRE, DURING and POST workout drinks...

Concept that many still don't consider worth trying...but I have been doing for years:
Insure available nutrients (only what is needed) and make sure you have potent driver - to store those nutrients exactly where you want them to go...
Have all that when matters the most - and YOU'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS...

FLEX magazine (Silvio on the cover) explains my theory... but here it is again (for my getbig friends Grin - and the enemies Cry):

- Considering that human body has approximately 5 liters of blood...and knowing that 15-20 % of that blood circulates through skeletal muscles at rest...What do you guys think will happen when we train intensely...(or beyond intensely - my giant sets approach)...when circulation is enhanced 5 times over the resting (consider 5X5 liters of blood pumping through your body...but this time up to 80% (instead of 15-20 Wink) goes to and through your muscles?

- Than think what could happen if you have readily available NUTRIENTS OF CHOICE (my drinks are designed that way) that are rushed with 5 fold increased blood volume to working cells (guess which cells am I talking about? My two best examples are my two dear friends from Malaysia - Samad Sazali and Teck Liaw Leong - drug free athletes for life that have accomplished PHENOMENAL LEVEL OF MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT...as these photos show... Wink

m1t is basically an oral version of testosterone. So in essence, it was like you did a heavy cycle of injectible testosterone. It is very powerful, but also very toxic as you found out. The gains you made are far from a natural, and if anything, you are now considered "clean" at this point, not natural. There is a difference.
I'm not knocking you, since I am clean as well. But I realize, I wouldn't be as big as I am without ever using some type of steriod in the past.
It seems everywhere you turn around, someone is claiming “natural”, just because they aren’t currently on gear. Or you have guys taking every legal steroid out there (IE superdrol, m1t, etc) , and just because it’s not an illegal steroid, they claim they are natural. And lastly, you have guys who are using, and because they don't look like they are (either though shitty eating, bad work ethics, or poor genetics), claim they are natural.  In any case, it's unfair to the guys who really do it naturally.
Anyway, for what you have taken, you still have great size. Keep up the good work, and I hope your health continues to improve.
