IF Americans have a law suit because they got hit then that is fine, however, if Illegal people have a law suit they should have no grounds for suing.
I, Obviously, realize that is not true because many cases in the past have proven it.
Take Bernard Geutz (sp) in ny in the 80's...he was mugged with a weapon, shot to defend and then offend himself and he got sued successfully by one of the assailants.
That is a horrible example. The victims shot by Getz, were NOT illegals, ...they were Americans born & bred.
Furthermore, Getz did not fire in self defense. They did NOT mug Getz. Bernard Getz found himself on a subway train with a group of young men, and fearful of being mugged, he opened fire on them. His, actions were a pre-emptive offensive attack, based on paranoia, not a reactive, defensive act, based on any assault against his person by these young men, ...and that is why he lost. We have all been witnessing the folly of pre-emptive offensive acts based on paranoia on a national level for the past 6 years. How's that going for you so far?

In this particular case, I do have a problem with it and I feel the immigration officers should be held to a higher regard...they should not have been in this country...they are 100% illegal, they have NO right to be protesting in our country. If we did it in theirs we would be in jail, true or not?
And if this were Afghanistan or some other part of the world, you would have been stoned for many of the things you've done, ...doesn't mean it has to occur here. This is North America. In my case Canada, ...and in your case America. There are certain rights available to all people (for now) regardless of their citizenship, ...including the right to assemble peaceably. If the right of peaceful assembly to protest is not available in other parts of the world, ...if such an action would result in prosecution elsewhere, that is not valid enough a reason to proceed in the same fashion in a country that guarantees people the right to do so.
You protect the rights of others in order to ensure your own, ...a lesson that appears lost on many of you,
...however, in the last few years I think many of you are in fact waking up to that truth. At least you should be.
