he needs to trim up the hair, its to high. Its not the 80's! Do you see anyone else in the world today who is black that has hair styled like that!. I like ronnie over jay anyday, but that hair has to go!

I think Ronnie's 8 Sandows speak for themselves. To carve him and his career in any way would be moronic. Considering his age, he looks awesome. Still large and in charge.

Having that kind of mass, means you can hold fat ,  " intra-muscularly" .    

Unless human anatomy and physiology have changed, I don't think that's possible.  Maybe you meant inter-abdominal.  Guys that big may tend to have more fat around their organs.

At any rate, I agree with the water comment.  BF% def under 10, if he hit some lasix, I think he'd look much different.

I'd guess @ 1993 when Dorian came in 15 lbs heavier than 1992 and just crushed everyone.

If this is recent I don't think he will be winning. His left side seems to be much smaller than the right in both lat and arm. Unless this is a bad pic or something, I just don't see Ron winning if Jay or Vic come in at 100%.

The left arm, while good , is not on par with the right.     But cutler has the same problem with arms and legs.
