Always a fan of Markus. I think he is a great bodybuilder and person. But he is freaky even for the rest of the IFBB guys.

On the last set hes got 3 blues and 3 yellows on the bar. The blues are 20kg each. The yellows are 15kg each. That is 210kg total. Provided that the bar is 20kg it would make it 230kg total.
