(diagnosed by a doctor yesterday )

....whats the best remedy ?

The Cream or the spray stuff that freezes your balls ?

Quick before I he goes to the CVS to purchase one or the other...

Go get an anti fungal creme.  Apply liberally.
Shower morning and night. re- apply.   

noticable difference in 1-2 days.
major difference in 4 days.

(Do not go cheap, ala - buy the generic brand.. Spend $15 on the tube).

And please in the future... Wash your balls.

Wash your hands often, and use Purell Before you touch your disease ridden nut sack.   

To be more specific on your questino.. No you may scratch, but be sure to do so only before meals..

monster lie.  what doctor would diagnose that and not tell you what you had to do to fix it???????

Family doctor at a Father's day event, where pulling down my pants would of been inappropriate...he did say get an antifungal ...but my question was to either get the cream or the spray..

My friend just told me he hasnt had a shower since thursday - monster stinking beast.
On a side note - i get this rash in my armpits - hydrcortosone cream clears it up
