Do you ever add resistance w/ them on Bench or pulldowns or Deads, Squats.. HAcks..?
Thing is w/ band or chain you can tailor the resistance to INCREASE precisely where a DB or BB get ridiculous easy. Right where you need it, at the strongest point. This is also tops for working up strength to bust thru a sticking point. NOTHING develops explosive velocity off the chest or out of the hole like bands.
They are partly responsible for the over the top PL records today.
