It's hilarious watching BB wannabes on this and other sites desperately try over and over again to put down resistance bands and bowflexes. Some kinda macho man syndrome.

For them let's face it weights = manliness.

Just common sense - why would they be used precontest to pump up and not be effective elsewhere..they're similar to cables but still different, and a lot more convenient for those with home gyms or someone traveling who has size or weight constraints.

Do you ever add resistance w/ them on Bench or pulldowns or Deads, Squats.. HAcks..?

Thing is w/ band or chain you can tailor the resistance to INCREASE precisely where a DB or BB get ridiculous easy. Right where you need it, at the strongest point. This is also tops for working up strength to bust thru a sticking point. NOTHING  develops explosive velocity off the chest or out of the hole like bands.
They are partly responsible for the over the top PL records today.

And PS You didnt hurt my feelings :'( But Suck my muscle refuses to kiss and make up ;D

Interesting combo, weights + bands. Bands/bowflex use progressive resistance, it gets harder the farther you stretch it, so ya it would make sense that it would probably be a perfect complement for some free weight moves where the resistance gets easier towards the end of the ROM.
