Here is one of my gym members who started working out with me 4 years ago. He started off weighing 130 lbs. and barely being able to bench the bar. Now he weighs 180lbs, benching 360lb for a 1 rep max, 300lbs for 5 reps.
He currently goes to school at Cornell University, and comes back here ever summer to work out at my gym.
He is all NATURAL!!

Here are pictures of him when he began working out, and of him today.

diffently great improvements...I just hope in the first picture thats not your bedroom the two of you are flexing in...Did you two just get done playing a game of naked duck-duck-goose(i see you like ducks)

taiwan is not officially recognised as a country due to their history, their formal name is 'Republic of China'. most international countries regard taiwan as part of china and urge them to re unify with china.

politics aside, taiwan is a very nice place to live, great people. i hope everything ends peacefully

So, to make this easier for you, he is saying that the fellow started at 130 lbs, and during the four years he trained him, he is now weighing 180 lbs and is benching 360 lbs for 1 rep max, all natural.

Easy enough for you to understand what he is claiming now?

Hopefully this will enter your head and you do not have to reply again with "so wats ur claim bro? dun get it...."?

I believe you are making it more of an issue than what it is (posing by your car / house / wife etc).
