I tried the vanilla protein for the first time just now. It's good. Better or just as good as ON. And as soon as I finished, I weighed myself and gained 5lbs of pure muscle. Damm that stuff works!  ;)

Be careful tho. If you gain muscle too fast, you're heart and lungs won't be able to keep up. So don't drink more than a single serving each week, or you'll go overboard and hurt yourself.

Hitting 160lbs is a big step for you, so you'll want to take it slow.

yeah I don't want to move up from my skinny-fat 145 to a svelt 160 too quickly, after all I don't want to get "too big" ;D

I heard that stuff was so potent it may get put on the banned substance list :o

Pepto Bismo pre-workout works wonders. Drink some right before, during, and immediately after your workout along with some TACO BELL and a gallon of milk post workout. You will be amazed with the result.

Anyway Milo's answer to everything is insulin.

Yes, if you drink a bunch of insulin right after the Taco Bell and stuff, you'll blow up huge!

you could use 10g of whey protein isolate instead of straight aminos... within minutes of taking wpi you can measure an amino acid surge in your blood.
