actually, carrying the baby everywhere has worked wonders on my arms and shoulders. 240 will have veins showing in the mr getbig. first time in a long tiem.

Yep...I was impressed with his conditioning because we had all seen his "fat"pics...but when he placed 2nd,he was such a poor sport it sort of ruined it.

IMO, moderation is the key. The rancheros have 170 cal and 12 g protein each, and only 4 g fat.
not a bad food if you have to eat fast food.

Sodium is high at 700mg, but I was playing a show outdoors for the 4th, it was hot, and I went thru about a gallon of water in 90 minutes in the sun, so I think I flushed most of it away.

i'm in SW Florida.

we played the FT Myers/Cape Coral fireworks. There were 20k people there... just a mile of people a block wide. we were the opening act for a country band called 'crossin dixon'. I was kinda scared of course... biggest show I've played. It was 89 degrees when we played. soundman was... eh... I play bass.
